YUSUF AZOZ

Yusuf Azoz is a recognized executive in Internet and communication technology industry with 25 years of experience. He is adept at digital transformation, customer segmentation, sales organization and incentive plan development, product development and marketing, strategy and business development.

He has started his career as a consultant with Telcordia Technologies (formerly Bellcore, part of Bell Labs) in 1998 in the US.  In 2001, he returned to Turkey and started working at Turkcell as a senior product manager.  He was responsible of the launch of many value added services and after taking various managerial roles, he was appointed as the Division Head of Consumer Services with the responsibility of managing over 300 different local/international partner companies providing content and/or value added services (VAS) and Turkcell’s web sites, and services portal and top revenue generating services such as SMS.  In 2007, he was recruited as the CEO of Kariyer.net, following the acquisition of the company by iLab.  In 2018, he joined Stepstone in Germany as the Managing Director of Data & Insights.  In 2020, he founded Sifar Nutra in Italy, as an extension of the family’s food supplements business.  He is currently Board Member at Kariyer.net and Universum (a Stepstone company) and is advising a few other online recruitment companies.

Yusuf Azoz holds a B.S. degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from Boğaziçi University, and a M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University.  He lives in Milan, Italy with his wife and two sons.
