INVESTMENT CRITERIA

A cornerstone of our investment strategy is a partnership with operating management teams or owners seeking a long-term capital and strategic partner to grow their established firm into market leading businesses. We intend to focus our resources on companies that have or can establish defensible market positions, generate sustainable cash-flows, and exhibit high returns on operating capital. Select investment criteria typically include: • Privately held company, family owned business in transition, operating division of a large company, or public entity interested in privatization; • Strong existing management team of proven ability; • Revenue between $25 million – $400 million; • Operating income greater than $2 million; • A distinct position in the market and clear prospects for growth. In order to execute larger transactions or make larger equity investments, AccessTurkey PE has established a few select, long-term relationships with financial partners that allow us to complete larger transactions on a case by case basis.
