Gonca GÜLSER

Gonca has joined ILab at 2017 as  analytics manager with a 15 years of data science experience in various countries. At Ilab she is in charge of designing and managing the  single data management platform for holding companies,  designing analytical models and driving data driven insights for group companies.

Before joining the company, she worked as data scientist and consultant in various companies like Turktelekom, Turkcell, Koc Holding, Erste Bank (Croatia) and Virgin Atlantic (UK).  She performed broad range of roles such

designing and implementing  analytical models for customer segmentation, customer valuation, churn and competitor tracking, managing the data of the platforms and setting the strategies.

Gonca holds BS degree from Bogazici University and  MSc degree from London School of Economics. She has been  a part time lecturer at Bogazici University since 2010.
